The popular series spans the genres of romance, science fiction, history and adventure in one epic tale. Claire Randall, a married combat nurse from 1945, is mysteriously swept back in time to 1743. Upon her arrival, she is thrown into an unknown world where her life is threatened. When she is forced to marry Jamie Fraser, a chivalrous and romantic young Scottish warrior, a passionate relationship is ignited. Now, Claire's heart is torn between two vastly different men in two irreconcilable lives.

In the season four premier, Claire and her husband Jamie try to make a home for themselves in the rough and dangerous New World of colonial America. Meanwhile, in the 20th century, Claire and Jamie’s daughter Brianna Randall and historian Roger Wakefield search for proof that her parents found each other in the past. This episode premieres on Starz on Sunday, Nov. 4.
