Notorious (1946)

Ne’er-do-well free-spirit Alicia Huberman (Ingrid Bergman) is recruited by the American CIA to marry, and then spy on, Alexander Sebastian (Claude Rains), a former Nazi agent now living in Brazil. Agent Devlin (Cary Grant), her handler, visits the mansion in order to help complete the mission.
One of Hitchcock’s most suspenseful nail-bitters, it was nominated for two Academy Awards and is on numerous “top films” lists as well as being inducted into the Library of Congress’s National Film Registry.

Presented by the Lucas Theatre and the Pschotronic Film Society.

Tickets are $8 each, or a pass to all three films is $15. This film is also eligible for use with Lucas Theatre Movie Pass.
