The grand finale of our season seems an appropriate time to contemplate the future. Missy Mazzoli’s opening work contemplates the profound beauty that can be found all around us, while Schubert’s “Unfinished” Symphony and Mozart’s Requiem, at times brooding and at others triumphant, guide us on our way into the Savannah Philharmonic’s second decade.
