18-19 Sav Phil: MAHLER

Just as symphonic music was resurrected in Savannah with the founding of the Savannah Philharmonic, the orchestra and chorus are proud to celebrate our first decade with Gustav Mahler’s passionate and expressive Symphony No. 2, “Resurrection.” In a work contemplating life’s most existential questions, we close out our 10th season in dramatic fashion before looking ahead to many more years as Savannah’s Philharmonic.
